MISSION

PAYSA shall promote, foster and develop the game of soccer, both indoor and outdoor, for the benefit of PAYSA's youth.

VISION

To create a passion for the game of soccer in an environment that encourages and ensures all participants are welcome in the sport, in an environment free from discrimination or harassment.

GOALS

1.  Develop the game of soccer: PAYSA, in partnership with its Members, will provide an integrated, coordinated system of soccer development, appropriate to different age groups and different levels of ability. PAYSA is committed to the principles of Fair Play at all levels of the sport of youth soccer.

2.  Build technical capacity through well-developed technical programs: PAYSA will work diligently to design, and in partnership with its Members, implement technical programs for player, coach and referee development in the community.

3.  Develop members and facilities to meet challenges of local, regional provincial and National competition: PAYSA, in partnership with its Members, shall work towards organizing and delivering high caliber domestic competitions.
